Terms & Conditions

1. Bins Must Be Emptied by the Council - We can only clean bins that have been emptied. If a bin has not been collected by the council and still contains waste, we will not be able to clean it. You will still be charged for that clean if we arrive and the bin is inaccessible or full. We aim to clean the day after your scheduled bin collection to avoid this issue. However, if your collection is delayed, please let us know the evening before so we can adjust our route.

2. Bag Return Option - Unless you’ve chosen our Bag Return Option (a one-visit service where full bin bags are returned to the bin after cleaning at a discounted rate), bins must be completely empty for cleaning. If there’s more than a few loose items inside (estimated over a quarter of a bin bag), we will not be able to carry out the clean. The visit will still be chargeable.

3. Bin Access on Day of Clean - Customers must ensure bins are accessible on the day of service. If we are unable to carry out the clean due to blocked access (e.g. locked gates or bins not being out), the clean will still be chargeable.

4. Water Supply for Pressure Washing - All pressure washing services rely on the customer providing a suitable external water supply (such as a working outdoor tap). If this is not available on the day, the job may need to be rescheduled, and a call-out fee may apply.

5. Pre-Treatment Products & Surface Expectations - We use professional-grade cleaning solutions from trusted suppliers. However, some stains — such as oil, rust, or deeply embedded algae — may not fully lift in a single treatment. Results can vary depending on the age, material, and condition of the surface.

6. Surface Damage or Limitations - We take care not to damage property during cleaning. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing wear or damage that may become more visible after cleaning (e.g. faded paint, flaking render, worn tarmac, etc.). In bin cleaning, substances like paint, plaster, and other building waste may be difficult to remove without damaging the bin or using harsh chemicals. In such cases, we will clean to the best of our ability while avoiding harm to the bin.

7. Delays Due to Equipment or Vehicle Issues - In rare cases, unexpected issues with our pressure washer or vehicle may lead to delays or rescheduling. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and either: Reschedule for later the same day or week Move your clean to the next available cycle

8. Inclement/Severe weather (e.g. heavy rain, snow, or freezing temperatures) may make it unsafe or impractical to carry out pressure washing or bin cleaning. If this occurs, we will reschedule your clean at no extra cost.

9. Subscription Terms - By signing up to a subscription, you agree to a minimum commitment of 3 cleans (applies to 3-month plans or the first 3 months of any longer plan). After the initial period, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with a minimum of 30 days’ notice provided in writing (via email or text).

10. Payment - We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer – details are included in your confirmation message Cash – please let us know in advance so we know to knock Direct Debit – available for subscription customers Payment is due after each clean unless you are on a direct debit plan.
