Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept bank transfer, cash (if you let us know in advance), and direct debit for subscription plans.

Q: What happens if I forget to put my bin out?

A: If we arrive and can’t access your bin, we still have to charge for that visit as our time and fuel costs have already been spent.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?

A: Yes! After a minimum of three months, you can cancel with 30 days’ notice (the final clean will be included during that notice period).

Q: Do you offer one-off bin cleans?

A: Yes! one-off bin cleans are available at £10 per bin. These are perfect for pre-rentals, move-ins, or when things just get a bit too messy.

Q: What areas do you cover?

A: We cover Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we service your location, just send us a message and we’ll be happy to help.

Q: Do I need to be home?

A: Nope! As long as we have access to your bins, we’ll take care of the rest. If there are any specific access instructions, you can let us know when you book.

Q: What if I move house?

A: Just let us know your new address — we’ll do our best to continue service at your new location if it’s within our area.
